We are excited to announce that as of June 14, 2018, Rearview Advertising is one of Zillow Group®’s first Zillow Group Advantage Program partners. As a partner in this new program, we are offering current Zillow Group builder customers who are not already Rearview customers a 10% discount on their first order of a select segment of our services. These high quality, custom online marketing services include community specific feeds, website design and development, and collateral design.

Promoted Community Specific Feeds

We develop custom feeds for our clients that allow them to automatically deliver builder listing information from their website directly to Zillow Group. This dynamic feed includes lot information, floor plans, videos, and community information. The feeds not only streamline the data entry process but also provide real-time home availability for home buyers. This service is available to all Zillow Group builder customers even if your website has not been developed by Rearview.

Website Design and Development

When designing and developing websites, we focus on enhancing the overall user experience. Through implementing creative and responsive website design, we make it easier for homebuyers to find what they’re looking for on your website. To do this, we create several navigation paths for users to access key pages on your website. We design each page to provide an engaging way for users to access the information they are looking for. We make sure forms, phone numbers, and clickable addresses are all available to potential homebuyers.

Collateral Design

In addition to custom website design, we also offer a variety of collateral design services. These include services like floor plan illustrations and house renderings that help enhance both the community pages on your website, as well as your listings on Zillow and Trulia. From site plans to floor plans and feature sheets, we can help you create a complete marketing package.
